Collect Symbol Slots
How Collect Symbols Gather Wins
A collect symbol acts as a sweeper: when it lands, it gathers the values of qualifying symbols currently on screen, usually Cash Symbols, and pays their sum. The collector itself may occupy a dedicated reel, commonly the last one, or land anywhere depending on the design.
Multiple collectors are where the feature escalates: two collectors on one spin typically each collect the full set, doubling the sweep, and some games multiply rather than repeat. Persistent variants remember collected value across spins, and upgrade variants boost every collected symbol before paying.
Collection pairs with value-injection features that keep the grid stocked: Random Wilds style injectors for cash values, Tumble & Cascading Reels that refresh the board mid-spin, and Free Spins rounds where the collector appears on every spin.
The boundary: collectors consume values that already landed, while Hold & Win locks values and pays them at the end of a respin loop. Games do combine both, using collectors inside the locking round.
