Cash Symbol Slots
How Cash Symbols Pay
A cash symbol carries its value on its face: a coin or banknote landing with a printed bet multiple, for example 2x or 50x. Cash symbols do not form combinations; they pay when a collection mechanic gathers them, when they lock into a bonus, or occasionally instantly on landing.
Value distribution is part of the game’s math: rules state the possible values and sometimes their weighting, with rare symbols carrying Jackpots tiers instead of plain multiples. In cascade formats, cash values may also merge or multiply when symbols interact.
The natural habitat is the lock-and-respin family: Hold & Win rounds are essentially cash-symbol containers, and Collect Symbols exist to sweep cash values off the grid. Pairings with Respins and randomly injected value symbols are routine.
Distinguish cash symbols from Scatter Symbols, which trigger features rather than carrying value, and from Mystery Symbols, which transform into paying symbols instead of holding a printed amount.
