Cred is a Book-style slot from Wicked Games, released on June 25, 2026, with a 90s hip-hop setting in place of the usual pyramids. It runs on a 5-reel, 3-row grid with 10 lines according to the studio’s page, and the splash screen promises wins up to 10,000x. Wicked Games rates volatility at 5 out of 5 and lists a default RTP of 96.12% with bets from 0.10 to 200. One of the reviews quoted on the studio’s own news page mentions 97.45%, which does not match the specs, so the spec figure is used here.

Base game

The reels sit inside a boombox. Low symbols are plastic bags holding a spray can, a roll of cash, a grinder and a pistol. The high symbols are four mugshot characters named 6 Pack, Hard D, Chill Block and Lil Massive. The Mixtape cassette is wild and scatter at once. At a 1.00 bet it pays 2.00 for three, 20.00 for four and 200.00 for five. It substitutes for everything except expanded special symbols, then counts as a scatter as well.

Three Mixtapes start the bonus. The studio’s story has the crew landing a deal on a rooftop, which is where the bonus screens move to.

Expanding free spins

Before the round starts, a strip above the reels holds the symbols that can be chosen as expanding. The spin that opens the bonus picks from it, and the demo showed this as a vinyl record turntable with 10 free spins won. The chosen symbol pays where it lands and again after it expands to fill its reel, per the paytable.

In the bought demo round the yellow cap was one of the chosen symbols. When it expanded, the whole grid was covered with it and crossed by police tape, with a total of 10.00 at that point. Later the cash roll landed in numbers and paid 12.88 on a single spin, taking the running total to 85.00. The last free spin ended the round at 180.00.

• Bonus: 100x the bet. The demo gives no description for this option beyond its name.
• Super Bonus: 240x the bet. It starts 10 free spins with at least 3 special expanding symbols, and 3 or more scatters retrigger for +10 spins and +1 expanding symbol.
• Wicked Booster: shown as 5X in the buy menu. The official page says the ante guarantees one special expanding symbol on every base spin, and that it pays before and after expansion.

The 240x purchase in the demo cost 240.00 on a 1.00 bet and returned 180.00, which is 75% of the price. One round is not a basis for judging the buy.

Things to weigh

This is a Book mechanic with a faster route to the feature than most, because the Super Bonus guarantees three expanding symbols from the first spin. The price is the volatility: with a 5 out of 5 rating and a 10,000x ceiling, long stretches without the bonus are the norm, and bonuses with weak expanding symbols pay little. The theme includes drug and gun references, and the mugshot characters are played for crass humour, so it will not suit every audience. Check the RTP in the game’s info screen on the casino you use, since versions can differ.
