How Reel Switching Works

Reel Switching means the game exchanges its active reel strips during play. Instead of one fixed set of reels, the title carries several differently composed sets, and events in the game move play between them: entering a bonus, activating a bet mode, or hitting a trigger symbol.

Because reel composition determines symbol frequency, a switch changes the practical behaviour of the game even though the visible grid looks the same. Feature reels typically carry more scatters or premium symbols, and enhanced-bet reels formalize what players buy with a higher stake.

Reel Switching is invisible structure rather than visible action: nothing about the grid layout changes, which separates it from Dynamic Reels and Expanding Reels. It also is not Synced Reels, which links reels within one set rather than replacing the set.
