Pragmatic Play Announces Gates of Olympus 2500: What's Changed?

Pragmatic Play has confirmed Gates of Olympus 2500, the next numbered entry in its Gates of Olympus series, for release on September 28, 2026. A pre-release demo is already playable, and we have put together a full Gates of Olympus 2500 review covering everything found in it so far.

What’s changed

The headline number is the multiplier ceiling: symbols now reach up to 2,500x, more than double the 1,000x cap on Gates of Olympus 1000, and the overall win cap rises to 25,000x the bet. The bigger change sits underneath that number. Free spins no longer run a single fixed round. Landing scatters spins a wheel that picks one of four modes, and one of them lets every multiplier symbol add to the total whether or not that spin wins, a rule the earlier Gates titles never offered. Two Super variants of the same modes guarantee a minimum 10x value on every multiplier that lands, trading a higher entry cost for a higher floor.

The Special Bets menu also grows to three ante tiers and two Super Spin options that guarantee a multiplier symbol, or a multiplier of at least 25x, on every base-game spin without touching free spins at all. Four separate Buy Feature prices, from 100x the bet for the standard round up to 1,250x for the most guaranteed version, let players pick which of the four modes to jump straight into.

As the game has not launched yet, every number here comes from the pre-release demo and Pragmatic Play’s own materials. We will update the review once Gates of Olympus 2500 is live and any operator RTP configurations are confirmed.
